Shipping policy
Every piece is made to order, so there is a short production period before it ships. Production typically takes up to 7 business days, and we’ll email you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Shipping
Orders are currently fulfilled and shipped from facilities in the United States.
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $100. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart.
Orders are currently available for shipping within the United States. We may expand international shipping in the future.
Tracking
We will email tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for a day or two after that, it is usually nothing to worry about — carriers often scan late. If nothing has moved after a week, email us and we will chase it for you.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a piece has shipped we are not able to reroute it, and we cannot cover orders lost to an incorrect address.
