Refund policy

Every wonder★human piece is made to order for the size, color, and design you choose. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unused items, or sizing.
Please use the size guide on the product page before you order. Garment measurements can vary slightly from piece to piece.
What we cannot take back
- Change of mind, “it looks different on me,” or buying the wrong size
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Orders placed with the wrong address, once the piece has shipped
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the piece and the packaging if it was damaged in transit
Once we have reviewed it, we will replace the piece or refund you. We may ask you not to send anything back until we say so.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, message us as soon as you can. Once making has started, we may not be able to stop it. If we cannot cancel, the order will ship under this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer after we issue the refund.
